What a difference 48 hour makes….Normal business resumed...

Shawdale were back to normal business, with almost the complete reverse of their last game.

Totally dominating possessions from start to finish. Passes going to man and only allowing the home side to have one shot on goal all match.

With the inspirational Wills back in the team, he gave the side another dimension, especially in the middle of the park, he was a class above tonight.

Also, a great debut game for new comer Jack Morrow, who showed some great touches throughout and creativity in mid field.

It was that man Morrow who got his name on the score sheet, as he twirled his player out wide and drilled the ball across the goal to get his first goal for his new club.

Shawdale knocked the ball around nonchalantly at times, leaving woolworths chasing shadows at times.

The second, just after half time, from the flamboyant Holmes, picking the ball up thirty yards out and letting it rip, the ball struck an oncoming defender and looped over the keeper to make it 2-0.

Shawdale rapped the game up and saved the best till last, as the long legged Trippier galloped down the wing and put in an inch perfect cross for ' The Rock' who buried it home.

Coach Wylie was alot happier after this performance,

" It was good to have a quick turn round of games after Sunday.. I will sleep easier tonight now!"... Mum... get his ovaltine ready.
